Wall thickness, clearances, orientation, unsupported features, holes, threads and the chosen process all influence whether the finished component fits, functions and survives real use.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que la conception pour la fabrication additive (DfAM) prend toute son importance. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'identifier d'abord les charges, l'environnement, les interfaces, les dimensions critiques et la dur\u00e9e de vie pr\u00e9vue. Utiliser une \u00e9paisseur de paroi ad\u00e9quate<\/h2>\n<p>Des parois tr\u00e8s fines peuvent para\u00eetre parfaites \u00e0 l'\u00e9cran, mais se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent fragiles, irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res ou difficiles \u00e0 fabriquer. L'\u00e9paisseur minimale pratique d'une paroi d\u00e9pend du proc\u00e9d\u00e9, du mat\u00e9riau, des dimensions de la pi\u00e8ce, de son orientation et de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour la paroi de supporter une charge.<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de concevoir chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment aussi fin que possible, demandez-vous si la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie pr\u00e9sente une section transversale suffisante pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la manutention, \u00e0 l'assemblage et \u00e0 l'utilisation. Pour les pi\u00e8ces structurelles, des nervures locales ou des modifications g\u00e9om\u00e9triques peuvent am\u00e9liorer la rigidit\u00e9 sans qu'il soit n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00e9paissir la pi\u00e8ce enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Jeux de conception pour les pi\u00e8ces d'accouplement<\/h2>\n<p>Deux corps CAO parfaitement ajust\u00e9s sans jeu dans le logiciel ne se comporteront pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re apr\u00e8s fabrication. Identifier les dimensions critiques et les tol\u00e9rances<\/h2>\n<p>Toutes les surfaces d'une pi\u00e8ce imprim\u00e9e en 3D ne n\u00e9cessitent pas la m\u00eame tol\u00e9rance. R\u00e9duire la pr\u00e9cision de chaque dimension peut complexifier le produit sans l'am\u00e9liorer. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'identifier les mesures qui d\u00e9terminent r\u00e9ellement l'assemblage ou les performances.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les exemples, citons l'espacement des trous, les surfaces d'alignement, les diam\u00e8tres d'arbres, les sch\u00e9mas de montage et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'assemblage. Une conception bien orient\u00e9e peut s'av\u00e9rer moins co\u00fbteuse et offrir un r\u00e9sultat plus net qu'une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie identique mal positionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les pi\u00e8ces fabriqu\u00e9es par FDM en particulier, les concepteurs doivent tenir compte du fait que la disposition des couches influe sur la r\u00e9partition des charges. Si un support est soumis \u00e0 une charge importante dans une direction, son orientation doit \u00eatre prise en compte lors de la conception et de l'\u00e9tablissement du devis.<\/p>\n<h2>5. \u00c9vitez les supports inutiles<\/h2>\n<p>Les supports sont parfois indispensables, mais ils engendrent \u00e9galement une augmentation de la quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux, de la main-d'\u0153uvre et des op\u00e9rations de post-traitement. Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que des porte-\u00e0-faux importants, des cavit\u00e9s ferm\u00e9es et une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie interne complexe peuvent rendre leur retrait difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Cela ne signifie pas pour autant que tous les mod\u00e8les doivent \u00eatre simplifi\u00e9s. L'un des avantages de la fabrication additive r\u00e9side dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire des formes difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser par les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s conventionnels. L'objectif est d'exploiter la complexit\u00e9 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle cr\u00e9e de la valeur.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Concevoir intentionnellement les trous, les filetages et les interfaces mat\u00e9rielles<\/h2>\n<p>Les per\u00e7ages et les filetages m\u00e9ritent une attention particuli\u00e8re car ils conditionnent souvent l'assemblage.
