Who We Are

From the first idea to the finished part.

3DRM Tech is a Montreal-based custom manufacturing and engineering company supporting businesses, inventors, engineers, manufacturers, product developers and robotics teams from concept through finished parts. A project can begin with a rough sketch, an existing component, a 3D scan, reference photos or production-ready CAD. We help turn that starting point into something accurate, manufacturable and ready for real-world use.

Our capabilities include CAD design, 3D scanning and reverse engineering, FDM, SLS and SLA 3D printing, CNC machining and metalworking, composites and carbon fiber, rapid prototyping and low-volume production. This allows customers to work with one Montreal manufacturing partner as a project moves from design and validation to functional prototypes and repeatable production.

Our focus is simple: understand what the part needs to do, recommend the appropriate manufacturing process, communicate clearly and build around the requirements of the application.
Comment nous travaillons

Engineering-minded.
Practical by design.

We are not limited to a single machine or manufacturing process. The goal is to understand what the part needs to do and select a practical path based on geometry, material, function and quantity.

01

One Manufacturing Partner

CAD, scanning, 3D printing, machining, composites, prototyping and production can stay within one coordinated project workflow.

02

Process Before Hype

We consider what technology and material fit the application instead of forcing every project into the same manufacturing process.

03

Built for Iteration

Product development changes. Our workflow supports revisions, functional prototypes and follow-up manufacturing when required.

04

Material & Process Matter Different geometries and functional requirements can benefit from different combinations of additive manufacturing, machining and composites.
Built to Iterate Engineering projects rarely stop at version one. Prototypes can be evaluated, revised and developed toward the next manufacturing stage.
