Manufacturing Possibilities

What Can We Help You Build?

From functional prototypes and custom mechanical components to replacement parts, production tooling and small-batch manufacturing, 3DRM Tech helps turn engineering requirements into physical parts from our Montreal facility.

Your Project Can Start With
01 A CAD file or engineering drawing
02 An existing physical component
03 A sketch, photograph or reference
04 A part that needs to be recreated
05 Simply an idea or manufacturing problem

Start With What You Have

A manufacturing project does not need to start with a finished CAD file.

Sometimes you already have a production-ready model. Other times, you have a broken component, a sketch, a physical reference or simply a problem that requires a custom part.

3DRM Tech works with businesses, engineers, manufacturers, product developers and robotics teams to determine how those requirements can become manufacturable components.

Depending on the project, the workflow may involve CAD design, 3D scanning and reverse engineering, FDM, SLS or SLA 3D printing, CNC machining, metalworking, carbon fiber composites, rapid prototyping or low-volume production.

You do not need to decide which process is right before contacting us. Geometry, material, quantity, function, environment and the available project information help determine the appropriate manufacturing route.

The manufacturing process should follow the requirements of the part, not the other way around.
